At LuxeDetect, we understand the importance of accurate and timely authentication for your branded clothing and accessories. Our commitment is to provide you with a seamless experience, ensuring the authenticity of your items. In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with our service, this policy outlines how we handle refund requests.
1. Full Store Credits Refund
You are eligible for a full refund in store credits under the following circumstances:
• LuxeDetect fails to provide an outcome within the promised timeframe.
• The outcome of your order is marked as "unable to check."
• LuxeDetect sends more than 4 photo re-upload requests while processing your order.
• No response is received from you within 7 days of our photo request.
2. Full Monetary Refund
You can receive a full monetary refund under the following conditions:
• The outcome is not provided within the promised timeframe, and you specifically request a monetary refund.
• The outcome is marked as "unable to check," and you specifically request a monetary refund.
• You request a refund before the order reaches the "scheduled" status.
3. Full Monetary Refund + 200% Compensation in Store Credits
You are eligible for a full monetary refund along with 200% compensation in store credits when:
• Two or more third-party authentication services provide outcomes different from ours.
• A mistake is detected in the outcome we provided (excluding "unable to check" outcomes — a double-check procedure must be initiated by the customer to identify a mistake).
Additional Notes
In the event of a delay on an order with a 24-hour answer time, we issue a full refund in credits. For orders with shorter answer times, we refund the premium paid for faster service delivery and treat the order as a 24-hour order.
We promptly notify you about any delay and the applicable partial refund. However, you reserve the right to request a full monetary refund in case of any delays in our services.
