- Do I need to have authenticated the item with you first?
- No. If we already authenticated the item, start from your order and we will use the photos and result on file. If not, upload clear photos of the item and your receipt with the request and we review them as part of the statement.
- What if you can't issue the statement?
- If the evidence does not support the statement you asked for — for example the photos show a genuine item when you requested a statement of non-authenticity — we tell you and refund the $40 in full.
